King Oaks Design Build
Our most recent design build is our current residence in the King Oaks neighborhood. With updated design, colors, and features, we are proud of this project. We are grateful to all of our outstanding subcontractors that helped us complete it within 6 months.
Williams Creek Design Build
Appropriate to the 2009 time-period, we took on our first design and new home build project with darker woodworking, heavy textured walls, with pronounced trim work throughout, and beige color scheme. Our former home was completely designed by us, as well as all the interior and exterior color selections of that time. The home sat on 1.25 acres, and we enjoyed the functionality of the floorplan with two very active kids.
