We cleared the land, brought in all utilities, built a solid homesite pad and driveway, installed a manufactured home with spacious decks, and added a charming bridge over the creek. With new front fencing in place, the property is now ready for comfortable living and future growth.

A standout design‑build in our portfolio is our own residence in the King Oaks neighborhood. With updated design, colors, and features, it remains a project we’re proud of, thanks to the exceptional subcontractors who helped us complete it in just six months.
Williams Creek Design Build
Appropriate to the 2009 time-period, we took on our first design and new home build project with darker woodworking, heavy textured walls, with pronounced trim work throughout, and beige color scheme. Our former home was completely designed by us, as well as all the interior and exterior color selections of that time. The home sat on 1.25 acres, and we enjoyed the functionality of the floorplan with two very active kids.
