Recently we took on a rural fix & flip project. We purchased a heavily wooded 5-acre tract, strategically cleared it, installed a road, drainage culverts, water well, and a septic system. Next, we relocated a used and run-down mobile home on the property and began the “fix” ourselves. After completing the improvements, aka “fix”, we operated it as an AirBnB for some time until its recent sale. We think the before and after pics speak for themselves.
