Our focus is on Single Family Residential (SFR), but we will consider duplexes, triplexes, quads, and some small-balance commercial. We don’t lend funds on your homestead property.

We can close in 10 days, or less and require minimal paperwork. We offer first class service, competitive rates, and no hidden fees.
